Sirius and I Give Up

Anybody now how to 'skip' Sirius' in the media options? I hate that it'll still scroll thru it when I go from FM/AM to USB.
Yeah I know I can talk to it, but I'd rather just hit the media button and scroll thru the options without Sirius as an option.

Only way is to manually hit each source button on the radio itself.

Null, thanks for the words of caution. I too will need to cancel a subscription on my 2011 when my 2013 arrives. I had though why not just hook it onto the free subscription on the new. Not now, but I do dread the call to cancel. I'm sure I can get "Bob" Gupta to help though.

That's funny because when I traded my 2007 Hummer in with 9 months left on the subscription I called and got an American and added my nine months of my existing contract onto my F150 and had no problems doing so whatsoever took about 25 minutes!

Sirius's product is good and I would buy it if not for the questionable business practices and useless customer service. Pay to get pissed off? No thanks, I learned my lesson. Slacker is free on my phone.

I miss the comedy channels, but when I traded my Jeep (XM) to the F150 (Sirius) it was a nine month nightmare. I asked to have them just apply my credit ($182.29) to the Ford. "We can't do that" Why, your'e the same company right? "No, the billing Departments are different"
Ok, send me the refund....
NINE months of twice weekly phone calls....no luck...ended up having my brother in law (FBI Agent) go to their Washington D.C. office and complain. Bottom line they will never get another dime of my money.

oh i cant wait for the subscription to run out and the phone calls to begin.. i had two radios once.. called to cancel them and they never actually did it.. they claimed i was still using their services and were refusing to refund me. told them how was i using their services when i threw out the radios! I finally got the money refunded to my card... when the 6 month is up in the truck i will NOT be renewing!

I always get Americans, maybe I'm just lucky! The secret is to not give them your credit card number, make them invoice you and pay by money order and then no more auto renew! I haven't payed more than 77$ plus tax for a year of service in the last 2-3 years. Threaten to cancel when the year is up and they always renew the 77$ deal.

I'd rather just not deal with a company that I have to pay via money order to not get screwed. I wonder how many customers use there service once and never again? I would think if your business is a subscription based service that is a complete luxury you would try a bit harder not to **** of customers? The only thing I miss is the Jason Ellis show but oh well.

I called because I didnt think I had service. Apparently there is Sirius 1,2 and 3 and only 2 and 3 work on the free trial....I was on one. It took 45 minutes on the phone to figure out I didnt need to call.
I dont plan on starting a paid contract. They do not have my card numbers so do I need to do anything when the free time runs out or just let it run out and tell them to quit bothering me?
