Squeaking sound, cracked shock

Squeaking sound, cracked shock
After driving on PG&E trails all day, I started to notice a squeaking coming from the front of my 2013 F150 (3.5 eco, 4x4, crew cab with 68k miles). I figured a stick had lodged its way into the wheel well or something alike. After cleaning it out, it kept squeaking so I looked deeper into the issue. The wheel looks pretty good aside from a cracked shock absorber (truck still stands level so I don't think it's leaking) but the sound is horrible. I wonder if I hit a bump which loosened some other metal part in the right wheel along with cracking the shock? There are pictures and a video of the sound. below. We are about to drive 200 miles back and I'm worried it will only further damage the truck.
Thanks,

The cracked part is just a plastic dust shield no worries there. No idea on the squeak.

And the shocks don't support the truck, the springs do. The tiny gas pressure in the shock is for anti-foaming and only adds a millimeter or less of lift.
