Default Shudder on takeoff

I have a noticeable shudder when the car rolls forward from a stop. When I accelerate it goes away quickly. I recently re-greased the slip yoke on the drive shaft and that eliminated a similar issue on both takeoffs and stops. There is no play on my U-Joint, I have no noticeable noise, vibration, or issues traveling at any speed besides releasing brakes until about 5 mph, and only occasionally. I'm just wondering if anyone had a similar issue or ideas as to how I might troubleshoot and fix the specific issue. Thank You

One of my older trucks had a shudder only on take off heading up hill. Turned out the rear axle fluid was shot and the limited slip clutches were causing it. Fresh fluid and friction modifier additive cured it completely. Not sure if this is your problem but it might not hurt to refresh fluid in the rear end.

Have you adjusted the height of your truck? Lowered, leveled, lifted?
