Reminds me of when I doubled up my leaf springs on my 82 f-250. Turned it in to basically a f-500. There was nothing that truck couldn't carry. Had non bias ply tires. So picture a white 82 with a blue door and a yellow tailgate, with square tires and no suspension movement.
Ohh the good old days! Oh ya the rotors were like potato chips too. What a ride.
That p.o.s made me a ton of money tho.

Why such stout springs?

They aren't that stout. They will b softer than the factory 3 leaf pack. It's deaver 12 leaf pack, same they make for raptor.
