I'd spend a little more and get the FX4. Unless you keep it forever, surely you will recoup that ~$3k when you sell it.

If you are in Canada you may be able to do better. In the US, that is a damn good price. Jump on it if you don't want/need 4wd.

If you jump on it you might damage it! Okay, seriously, I would base my decision on how much you are putting down and what your payments come out to be so that you don't leave yourself uncomfortable. I'm not one to let debt hang over my head for more than a year when it comes to buying a vehicle. The discount is a nice some of money but with all the other stuff (taxes, title, etc.) you may only be a couple grand from where you started.

So are you saying that an F150 is now cheaper up here in Canada?

Just had a co-worker that paid for a fully loaded FX2 32k. So i think that's a bit high. Had another co-worker pickup a FX4 for 37k just 1 week ago.

Nope, I am saying you can get a bigger discount off of sticker in Canada. The sticker price is higher in Canada. The sticker price was set when the dollar was higher. Now that the exchange rate is 1:1, Ford is giving much larger discounts in Canada. People are get $11-13k off of sticker in Canada and more like $8-9k off of sticker in the US.
