Question Shorty Antennas

So I think it might be time to remove my super long antenna on my truck. I wanted to post a thread up here (sorry if there are already multiples out there) and see what some of you guys did and your review of the experience (how the reception on the radio is after, etc).

If anyone has any pictures of what their truck looks like with the new antenna please post it up. I'm worried about getting one that is super short that it looks stupid. Recommendations?

Thanks!

I got my stubby antenna from Craven Speed, it doesn't look bad at all IMO.

I'll get a picture for you later but I'm sure someone will beat me to it.

Here ya go. I put mine on so I didn't have to bend my antenna every time I parked in the garage. The reception quality is ok not nearly as good as stock. But I never listen to the radio.

Thanks for those pictures guys. But, how is the reception with such a short antenna now?

Anyone have a shorty that doesn't get terrible reception? I had one on my mustang and the radio was close to useless. I'm not a fan of how long the one is on my truck, it hits the garage door when I pull in, but I don't want to lose the radio reception either so I haven't switched it out.

I listen to Sirius a lot, but the odd time I listen to local radio the reception seems fine.

Yeah, this is a serious concern for me too. I usually go between my Bluetooth Audio on my phone and the local radio stations. I want to still have good reception to my radio stations too
