What's your preference...and why?

5'5" works best for my needs. I live in a city and think the slightly shorter wheelbase of the truck helps in parking lots.

Turning radius. Easy parking. Fits in the garage. Looks good.

Wish mine fit in the garage. Even with the short box I'm 3 inches too long.

If you use the truck as a truck often then go with the longer bed but it all depends on what you need it for, or if your going just off of looks . . .

I have the 157 wheelbase andy wife has the 145. I really dont notice a lot of difference in parking it. I can see the garage issue but I think even a 145 would be tight in a standard garage. I like having the extra foot of bed

I have 6.5 and love it. It was hard for me to decide because I don't need the bed all the time but I figured I would need it as soon as I signed the papers on a 5.5 and would be kicking myself. Opted for the 6.5 and not looking back

I like the practicality/functionality of a 6.5 foot bed, but like the looks of the 5.5 ft bed, and the 5.5 ft bed just fits in the garage. 6.5 would have to sit out

I use my truck as a truck and still went with the short box. I mainly use it to tow a couple trailers and haul wood, and you can fit plenty of wood in the short box. I think a tool box is out of the question on a short box though, but maybe I haven't seen the right one yet.
