shackles problem

Default shackles problem

I send my f150 to a shop to install some 2 in lowering shackles so the truck can be leved but since i got it it keeps making a loud popping noice on my bed does anyone know how to fix it? Like the look but thinking of going back to stock

There is a lip where the bed bottom connects to the rear bedside, and its right above where the shackle is....When you install lowering shackles, this lip needs to be bent over so its out of the way. Crawl up under there and look and you will see what you are hearing.

The lip is exactly what the noise is coming from. Had the same problem on my '11. I saw belltech said to bend it. But I tried my luck. Doesn't take long to bend it.
