Not on my truck, but I have a dash cam, and I have a couple of cameras at home to watch my vehicles in the driveway.

I have a dashcam that records inside and outside, but only while the truck is running. What does a hidden camera get you? Catch people door-dinging you? If the truck gets broken into, see who did it? If it gets stolen and recovered, you get sweet chase footage?

I went with https://www.vivint.com/packages/security-cameras because I wanted solid cameras that worked with an app and sent alerts fast. The install was smooth, and I like that I can check the feed from anywhere. It covers my driveway and front porch well, and the night vision is better than I expected. I didn’t want to mess with wiring or complicated setups, so it worked out great for what I needed.

a year and a half later. I'm sure OP is talking about a dash cam. I have a Viofo a119v3 hardwired and works fine.

I'd stay away from Vivint. no need to be on a monthly pay program for 5-10yrs with them and their door to door salesmen.

buy standalone cameras with local storage. wyze, reolink (this is what I have), eufy or equivalent for home use. I have reolink doorbell and front yard camera that works great.

^^^ I have the Viofo a119v3 as well with front and rear cameras. I find it a little clunky but it works.

I think the question was specifically about HIDDEN cameras INSIDE the truck. I don't think such a thing even exists, does it? Maybe go to one of those 'secret spy gear' websites and see what they have...but it would be all about powering them and receiving the signal...THAT is where things get difficult, IMHO.
