Get a good Agm battery. I went with a northstar.

Swapping out your battery with an AGM or similar deep battery will help too

I've had one of those Blu Sea fuse terminals under the hood for a few years now. Use it for my bed lights, LED projection light, on board air compressor and exterior power ports.

Of course, you may have to add switches and relays depending upon what you decide to wire up.

If you're just running some lights... run it off the stocker. As for a 2nd batt... I stuck mine under the hood.
