Default Seat trim removal

Looking to see if anyone knows how to remove these seat trim peices. thanks in advance!

the only help I can give is with the panel for the lumbar wheel on the drivers seat and the one where that wheel is deleted on the passenger seat. Those panels are only held by clips. You push in, up, and out on the top to release the 2 hooks on top, then once you have the top part free, pull out on the bottom and the panel will come straight out of the 2 bottom retainers.

I don't know how to get the rest of the trim off the seat though, I've never had to. Maybe it will become clear once those panels are off.

Appreciate the info! Went and did that. Was able to remove those covers. There is a T-20 bolt holding the front on. I can't figure out the seat handles is all and I'm afraid to break anything.

Its EZ, theres a cotter pin that holds the recline lever in place, then the side panel where power seat adjustmants would be pops off easily with a trim panel pry tool.

Just take your time, when removing everything.
