You know I will admit that people in this forum are pretty good however a few lack any patience what so ever for a response. What the hell would these people do 20 years ago before internet and email was real popular... We want it now it has been 30 seconds since I sent a email why arent they getting back to .....

I sent 5Star an email from their site today, because I'm interested in getting a tuner and wanted to know the controller options... I received a reply within 10-minutes. Is it possible you typed in the wrong email?
I hate to ask such rudimentary questions, but I'm sure he'd have responded in a reasonable time if contacted.

You are complaining that someone else dropped the ball, ask yourself what roll you played in this outcome.. I am not saying you are wrong but it took one day for 5star to responde here to you.. Did you ever contact them here before?
They seem to be on top of it now and thats really the result you want is it not?
If you are now having a good experience and 5star is on top of it now please let us know..
