You know I will admit that people in this forum are pretty good however a few lack any patience what so ever for a response. What the hell would these people do 20 years ago before internet and email was real popular... We want it now it has been 30 seconds since I sent a email why arent they getting back to .....

I waited about 2 months. Do you think that amount of time is sufficient?

I sent 5Star an email from their site today, because I'm interested in getting a tuner and wanted to know the controller options... I received a reply within 10-minutes. Is it possible you typed in the wrong email?

I hate to ask such rudimentary questions, but I'm sure he'd have responded in a reasonable time if contacted.

im not worry about it really **** happens ... this tune should work real good i think and this tuning shop is close by so that means alot !

Your statments are not making sense. You sent one email 2 months ago? You sent an email everyday and checked your spam box to make sure it did not come back to you?
You are complaining that someone else dropped the ball, ask yourself what roll you played in this outcome.. I am not saying you are wrong but it took one day for 5star to responde here to you.. Did you ever contact them here before?
They seem to be on top of it now and thats really the result you want is it not?

I sent one email then waited a few weeks then sent another with my phone number in it. The second email was about two months ago. I typed my email in correctly for the reply. I have also checked my spam box for their reply. I wasn't trying to complain that someone else dropped the ball, I was simply stating that I had a similar experience as the OP, with not receiving any replies when trying to purchase from 5 star. The role I played in the outcome is that I sent my money to Justin at VMP and his tunes are awesome. Really, I'm over it. There is no more need for you to investigate the situation any further.

The bottom line is I did not receive a reply just like the OP. End of statement. That is all I was trying to say.
