Default SCrew rear seat lock?

I have a 13 supercrew, I want to rear seat to lock in the down position. Or be lockable, for secure storage should someone break into my truck they would have to get through another lock. Has anyone made their own or is someone making something like this. Other than that $350 tuffy box.
thanks

There is a way to fold down the backrest on the rear seats. It isn't very easy so maybe you could store your items there.

I found some of those threads, I may use that area until I do something else. I would feel better if it were locked though.

There is a modification you can do so it makes it easier to open sucessive times. I did it and love it, made cleaning the windows behind the seats SUPER easy!

I don't have the link, but try searching.

Cheers,
GREG

After the first time you pull the pin, stab a hole in it, run a wire. and done. I think that is what your talking about.

I found that while looking. Very cool going to give it a try.
But what I am looking for is a way to lock the lower portion of the seat, the part meant to flip up. I am trying to find an add on lock or something some one made.

have ever taken the plastic cap off of the hinge on the rear seat? you should.. maybe u can drill out a hole and find a way to add a pin on there to lock it in place. I think if u unscrew that cover and take a look you will figure it out

They don't latch in the down position. They just kind of lay there.
