Thank you!
I tapped into the hose coming off the front of the intake right behind the throttle body drivers side

The port on the throttle body is not on the '13 models - may have been added late '13, but is not on early-to-mid '13s.

My Roush boost gauge has worked since the day I installed it, and my truck still runs the stock tune. I recently moved the gauge from the Roush vent pod to the driver's side A-pillar without any issues.

I'll have to snap a pic when I get home this afternoon, after work, to show where I hooked into for boost/vacuum, but it's on the driver's side, in front of the throttle body.

Yes please!

Sounds like the same place I tapped (with a vacuum "T") into as well. But hey, I might have missed the exact right spot or something.

not sure how removing a tune affects a mechanical vacuum gauge. If it worked before and not now, something changed with the line being run to the guage or the line where you tapped for vacuum. does your gauge measure vacuum at all? does it just not show positive boost pressure? are the turboes making boost still?

Sorry for the delay in getting pics up. I installed the "T" fitting shown in the red circle. The gauge has worked perfectly since the day I installed it. Hope this helps.

I don't either. You are causing me to reevaluate the situation. I retuned the truck today: still no boost registered. I have to find the real cause.

This is just weird...

Thanks for the pics Dave! Same set up I have....

Check the tubing for breaks or kinks.

Well, I found the problem! When I did the original install, I used stainless safety wire as a precaution. The wire rubbed a hole in the tubing right at the connection (why I couldn't see it). So now I'm upgrading the tubing too a thicker wall and adding even more heat shielding near the turbo, as well as an abrasive resistant liner to the rest of the tubing. THAT ought to fix it!

It always comes back to the basics, doesn't it..

Addendum: I went ahead and replaced the entire length of tubing with the bigger/thicker version. When I pulled out the tubing that Roush supplied, I found it to be a mess! Ever tried to suck a nice thick milk shake through a straw? I think that's what happened to the supplied tubing. I looked like it had been sucked semi-closed. THAT'S not good! I also added a better heat shielding to the tubing from the firewall to the inlet.
