ROUSH 2012 F-150 Eco-Boost Exhaust
#12
hey guys, i hate to rain on your parade, but our ecoboosts are V6's. this is where we suck hind tit...in the sound dept. if you wanted a nice throaty exhaust, you picked the wrong engine. i considered this fact while shopping and accepted that my new vehicle would never sound "good" (which is why my exhaust will remain stock).
The way that system exits out the rear w/ 2 pipes even looks ricey. lmao

I think I may just have to add this to my mods list. The big question is, will it work on the 2011 EcoBoost?

The sound is PUURRRRRFECT. Not to obnoxious, not too quiet. WANT!

think i'll keep my ecoboost quite with all the videos i've been hearing!
i may do an intake and a tune, but i'm done with loud exhausts (especially if they don't have a pretty exhaust note). just my opinion

I don't think I'll ever wind up with an aftermarket exhaust on my ecoboost. No matter which one I've heard, bottom line is that it still sounds like a 6 cyl. I'll stick with the quiet factory exhaust, and listen to the turbos instead.
