Oh ok. I'll probably end up doing the same. I don't want to cut my grille either lol. I'll be getting the black series bar for sure tho

Are you guys using a wiring kit or just making your own?

It (RC light bars) comes with a harness but I'll tell you right now the switch it comes with sucks very bad. Mine sticks sometimes and I can't turn the light on or off. It's a great excuse to put some upfitter switches in which I plan on doing this summer.

Did you wire it through a relay?

The Rough Country 30" curved light looks great installed in the grille of the F150. Most people don't know about the the light controller from Skene. The IQ-275 will support up to 24 amps of current. The great part of the light controller is that you can control it from your high beam switch. The Light can be programmed to be off with the low beams or set up as a daytime running light at 10% power as well. You can simply wire a small switch to have it stay off when the hight beams are on as well. This will be my light controller when I put my 30" bar in the grille of my F-150.

I bought that kit with only one light bar (I wanted to keep my raptor marker lights in the grille) but ended up mounting it behind the grille as I wanted it hidden and it fit perfectly between the grille supports. A few days after I installed mine I noticed they released a black series light bar...
