hey guys...

I've got a ZEON 12 mounted on the rough country 1010 in my 2010 screw.

that beast is a tight fit alright. I should have taken the hood latch off and hit it with a quick zip disk before dropping it in.

but that's ok, all is ok, all fits well. and I've also got a curt 31368 front hitch receiver mounted to the front of the same truck.

pics avail if requested

I took the red leash off of the hook today, think it looks gay and I forgot to mention that I've got a daystar isolator, black in color.

As seen in the pics below, the hood unlatch lever and mount was in the way so I had to take it off then remove a small part of the mount and plastic on the back side of the latch which allowed the solenoid box to mount on top of the winch like it's supposed to.

Hood mount and latch in the way

Tight fit

Hood latch and mount trimmed to accommodate solenoid box

Had to remove a plastic mount on one of the transmission cooler lines to free up space for the cables

Cables run

Ford gave us a nice little hole to run the cables through

Installed

Such a clean look

I love your set up! what a nice clean look it has....Looks Awesome!!!

I also installed a Rough Country 5.0 hidden winch mount. Easy install.
I had 12 year old 6,000 pound Warn winch laying around and it is enough for what I need.
Poor Ecoboost guys have to spend big bucks on an aftermarket intercooler to do a hidden winch mount.
I plan on replacing the cable with wire rope.
