I started a new thread...link is above. I picked up the truck last Saturday. Start to finish It took them about three weeks (I have another vehicle so I told them to take their time and get it right) The repair looks like new, I can't even fine the seam were the cut the old rockers out and welded in the new ones. I'll get some pictures posted when I get home this weekend. I work out of town during the week so I only get to drive the truck on the weekends. I'm more than pleased with the results.

Where do you get the gasket from? Dealer?

Tasca probably has them, make sure you get the updated gasket, it's thicker.

Just dropped my truck at the dealer to get the passenger rocker fixed under warranty. Glad that Ford is fixing this but the fact it even happened in the first place to a truck with 50k miles is ridiculous. My corrosion warranty is up 9/11/17 so I got her in just in time.

The body shop manager saved my old rocker to show me when I picked my truck up today. Yikes! They did and excellent job though. You'd never know it was replaced.

Corrosion warranty is 5 years / unlimited miles from the in-service date. I bought my truck new on 9/11/12 and my warranty is up 9/11/17 (month from today). There has to be perforation (literally, a hole in the sheet metal) for them to cover under warranty.

I'd have to imagine mine looked similar. But I can't even tell they were replaced. The body shop did an excellent job.

Same here. The body shop did excellent work. You'd never know the rocker isn't original.
