Go with the all black, definitely.

I'd say brushed lip. Can't say for sure without knowing the colour of the truck, at a minimum.

All black. I don't see any brightwork on that truck so the machined ones will become the focus, IMO. Is that an FX4 w/appearance?
If you had chrome bumpers and/or nerf bars I would have stuck with my first choice.
