Rigid Dually D2's in place of factory fogs
I decided to replace my low light factory fogs with a pair of Rigid Industries Dually D2's. The process was simple and took about two hours. First, unplug the factory wiring harness and turn your wheels to the side. Next, remove the three bolts that hold the fog light housing on and pull it out from behind the bumper. Remove the adjusting screw.
Using a flat head, pry the tabs up and pull the foglight out.
Next find the raised part of the plastic on the bottom of the housing and drill a hole (after measuring of course).
Mount the D2 in the housing using the supplied bolt and insert the housing with mounted light back into the bumper.
As for wiring, I cut the harness from the Rigid kit and used just the plug that goes in the light with about 6 inches of lead. I then used a female 9006 harness piece and crimped together.
The lights now plug into the stock harness on the car and maintain the factory fog switch. Tell me what you think.

Rigid will be releasing their new lights that replace the OE fog lights pretty soon. This will eliminate having to rewire for the different harness and drilling to make them fit. Not to mention they're supposed to be round too.

I emailed rigid and they said "this is something we are looking to do, but there are no immediate plans for release". This why I jumped the gun and custom fit them into the fog holes. When and if they do release I will be swapping them out.
