Unloaded I'm running between 5-10 PSI. it said minimum is 5 so I had no need for it to be any higher when I'm unloaded.

Looks great!

I too run the Ride Rite bags and love them! But I can't imagine not having an onboard compressor with them. I use the Air Lift WirelessONE system and it's awesome. Uses a wireless fob (a little larger then the key fob). Also maintains the minimum 5psi required when you have no load (can't even tell the bags are back there).

PS: Sweet FSB...

Couldn't you have scooted the bronco back on the trailer to take some weight off the hitch and let the trailer handle more of the load? Just saying'. Your truck looks sweet with the newer wheels! Like them better than the other set.

You should only have 10-15% tounge weight both of your pics show your load is way to far forward. This will adversly affect handling and braking and could cause teailer sway.

agreed!both loads were too far forward!loaded the bronco during a frickin blizzard and the straps were too caked in ice the next day to bother moving.
didn't have far to travel with the skid steer so didn't worry about it either.i thought however not having enough weight on the tongue is what causes bad sway/fishtail not too much weight?

just put in the ride rite bags ... install wasn't too bad, couple hours with hand tools and floor jacks. the 4 backer plates inside the frame rails was the worst of it, but once you do the first one you see it's not as impossible as it first looks

I ran the air lines inboard and then inside the frame rails to where they end near the rear bumper, then put the air valves on each side of the license plate. I ran out of time/light to pump them up tonight though. I pick up my new travel trailer saturday so I hope between these bags and the WD hitch I bought that my 4-5k mile road trip will be a smooth one!

(install is definitely a DIY if anyone is considering this - but pay attention to the torque specs, it's easy to bend the tabs on the bolts that attach to the leaf springs even though it's all 1/4 inch steel)
