Nice. I thought they would melt at 28 minutes. Looks like a clean separation too, mine are all hacked up from prying.

First I bent all the tabs back a little. Then started prying from the corner with the reflector. Once you get that up just keep prying all the way around every where the black plastic looks strong. I just ripped them apart basically, and everytime they would stop separating I'd start to pry a little . If I did it again I'd try 250 for half hour. I think that is about the magic number.
How the hell do you get the reflector out? Am I overthinking it?

I think the low heat allows more time for the permaseal crap to cook deeper, if that makes sense..

What look are you going after? I was going to try and do the retrofit myself also. I have been doing research for two days. I am wanting mine blacked out. What type of paint do you use for the outer trim and reflector?
