I think these turned out pretty good. Have noticed a very small amount of condensation on the driver side light once in a while now that the temps are dropping here in ohio, any ideas on fix...additional silicone around edges? I thought I used plenty of butyle rubber but guess not quite enough.

Check the seals for the bulb covers. I bought the universal caps from TRS and used plenty of silicone around them and the holes I punched for the wiring. No issues as of right now. About 2 months installed.

Is that a CCFL ring or LED?

Its a COB LED ring. Its crazy bright and when the HID headlight is turned on it blends right in its so bright, makes the HID just look like a larger projector. Got the pair of Halo's on eBay for $22.

Grab a few silica packs and drop in there. Also be sure your bulbs are seated correct and the cap is on the back.

Thanks, don't know why I didn't think of that, good advice. I will order the caps from TRS. Any idea which mm to order?

Thanks, I will order a few with the caps from TRS. What part of the headlight is best to place the silica packets?

I drop all the ones I do in the bottom of the light. Generally that's where the moisture starts. The caps are 100mm by the way.
