Finaly got around to taking my heads apart. First one sucked! Broke my bezel because I forgot to take the bolt out of the back. It can be fixed though. Nothing a little JB won't take care off.

So off to the second one. After baking it came apart in 10 min. Everything intact. Once you get the first one out of the way, the rest are a breeze.

Broken bezel fixed. Now to let it cure and sand tomorrow.

Yeah it was pretty nerve wrecking opening these headlights. To expensive to screw one up.
