That's a good vid. Will likely do that as well.

Mine have not shipped yet... UPS got the order though I guess.

Dunno, cheaper I guess. Waiting on a price for the discounted LED's...all it took was a aerosol can of paint to fall over onto it and it snapped right in half.

Got the reflector buckets out and cleaned *most* of the permaseal out of the channel tonight. So far I've got about 4 hours into this project; 3 getting the lights separated and 1 more taking out the reflectors and cleaning the headlight channels. I'll have all of my parts tomorrow so these are my intentions:

- fit projectors into reflectors tomorrow afternoon
- paint reflector buckets tomorrow night
- install wiring harness while waiting on paint to dry between layers tomorrow night
- paint shrouds tomorrow night
- aim and permanently attach projectors Saturday morning
- mount halos and make shroud extensions Saturday while epoxy is curing
- reassemble headlights Saturday night so they can cure all day Sunday
- install them Sunday night!!!

That's if all goes well....... Haha! I'm sure there will be some kinks along the way but with all the great help we'll work through it. Thanks guys for the help so far!

So I was watchin that alignment video and my problem is that I don't really have access to 25 ft. My garage is 21 then my driveway starts to immediately slope. Will it be a problem if I don't have 25 ft?

Btw. Looks like my kit will be here tomorrow!! Unfortunately I'm not sure if ill get around to it this weekend.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. My garage is 24' deep and my driveway slopes down immediately as well. If you glance at the FXR instructions on TRS' site they tell you to put the reflector buckets on a table at least 10' from a wall and align from that distance. I'll probably back 10'-12' away from the wall and make it work.

In my way of thinking as long as you align the lights the same distance from the wall as when you marked them isn't it going to be the same? To an extent at least. I mean obviously if you're doing it like a foot from the wall it's not going to be aligned. But at 21' it should be pretty much the same

I didn't. Just going to tap them into the side marker wires with those t-tap connectors.
