It took me less than an hour to install my grill, I didn't do the headlights on mine but I can't imagine they would add more than 1/2 hour to the install.

My grill assembly was $650ish from Tasca Parts, can't remember the exact number so don't hold them to that, they will cut you a great deal on it though.

It cost be about $120 to have the grill surround painted to match the truck.
