No problem, sorry they weren't the best pics, only place I still had pics of my old truck were on my playstation 3, and took pictures with my cell phone of them on my tv, lol.

Question. I have a 2013 F-150 5.0L with a Magnaflow 40 series with RESONATOR ON. It still drones in my cabin and different speeds. Would a Magnaflow with resonator drone? Would you ever hear the magnaflow with a resonator?

THanks!

Is the magnaflow made of 304 stainless?

No magnaflow is 409, exept for tip and muffler, remember my pictures. Magnaflow is cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Borla is expensive for a reason.

blu13fx4 speaks the truth.

I took this picture of my exhaust last week for someone else now granted this truck is still a 2013 notice not a single spot of rust on the Borla pipes or muffler etc. If you look a little behind it I think it might be the driver shaft or some other stock component already full of surface rust.

Attachment 572995

Here's another picture of some stock components with surface rust behind behind the shock already. The Borla exhaust will out last most of the components on my truck if not the truck itself. (That surface rust is on a brand new 2013 truck btw)

I kept my same single exhaust and put on a magnaflow muffler. It has a great sound but it does get a little loud when you step on it. No regrets tho on the change. I am 62 years old myself.

Nothing wrong with be young at heart. Nice to have your truck sounding like a truck. Lot's of older people with performance muscle cars too.

Did you get my PM, AJ? Never mind, AJ. I made my purchase elsewhere. Thanks anyway.
