Default Replaced Plugs today 140k miles

So i was experiencing a bit of sputter under acceleration and had been dealing with chugging in the past under hard acceleration (happened at either a dead stop or while doing at speed on the highway).
Replaced my plugs today and I havent been able to get it to have any problems accelerating. I am concerned that when I take off from a stop and put the pedal down the truck will hit about 6k RPM before coming outta 2nd gear.
Has anyone else had a similar issue? Also I have the P0430 Fault code (Catalyst system below efficiency).

I've got the same truck, 2012 XLT which I bought fot the boost and not the eco. Don't worry about the tranny shifts. It will do that. I've had mine to 85 mph before it kicked out of 4th, running in the 6000 RPM range. Seems to do just fine. I've got 240k miles on it, and other than the hard 1st to 2nd shift which seems to be inherent in the thing, it's ran like a top the whole way. Keep your foot in the floor, it likes it like that.

I'll tell you one thing to watch from where your at on out though, If you start getting only 40k on a spark plug change it's time to change the O2 sensors, whether it tells you to or not. You might do well at the mileage your at to go ahead and change them anyway. Did a world of good for mine all the way around. Your tips aren't showing any sign of running rich yet, but it's just a matter of time before they will.
