I do use them on the road, but you're right. They are so low to the ground that they don't blind anyone. I haven't been flashed from another driver yet for the flood lights. I used to get flashed when I had 80w/100w 6000k headlights, but those burned out early and I replaced them with silverstars.

That makes complete sense, you know whenever I installed my HIDs I never got flashed but I had to adjust them down to compensate for my level and 305/55/r20s because I was afraid it would be in other's eyes... so far all is good! Where did you get your HIDs from? Try ztechid.com - they were a little more pricey than some people pay but so far no problems and I've had them for a little over 2 years!
