Replace outside mirrors with telescoping trailer tow mirrors

Thinking about getting a set of trailer tow mirrors. Just bought a small 5x8 utility trailer for my quad instead of using ramps into the bed.
Anyway, my problem is the opposite. The trailer is too small to see behind the truck. It's a real pain when trying to back it up!
May try the slip-on ones first.

Piece of cake, thanks again. Now, not wanting to pay Fords exorbitant price, I was wondering if any one has opinions about the quality of mirrors made by A&M or Car ID, or are there other brands recommended?

I went with the CarID cause they were easy to deal with on the phone and cut me a deal on shipping. The mirrors are of good quality, very heavy duty and everything works. The front of the plastic base plate cover sticks out about 3/16" (due to the thickness of the cast alum. base plate) but nobody walking by would notice it. I even ground one side but still couldn't get an exact fit. They're bigger than the ford tow mirrors, sticking out 5 1/2" further per side (retracted but not folded) than the standard 150 mirror. This makes the mirror to mirror measurement 8'-9", a little wider than my Super Duty.
Conclusion: The small fitment issue is the only con. It's not a big deal but had I known I probably would have spent $140 more for the factory mirrors.

Towing Mirrors
Can't believe this is so hard. I called 3 Ford dealers and they were all over the place on replacing my mirrors with the telescoping ones. The ones that smokeywren has pics of are exactly what I want, I just don't know if they will fit my '13 XLT ?
I found a set on Amazon that are around $190 each that look good but the site says up to '12. I called and of course Amazon can't answer the question about fitting a '13.
Think that's the link to them but not very computer smart .
Any suggestions?
