Default Repair dent or not?

Last night a deer decided to run into the side of my truck going 40 MPH. It hit the cab just behind door and slid down to rear wheel before it bounced off.
The worst of the damage is a dent in the cab corner. I guess I got lucky it was an antler-less deer and did not hit the front.

It is hard to see the dent but I know when the truck is clean the dent will be really noticeable. The edge of the cab corner is barely affected.

I can live with the dent but would rather not and do not want to spend the $$$ to have it repaired.

Is it possible to pop it out from the inside of the cab or will I need to use a dent puller?

Would it be more noticeable if I popped the dent out since the edge of the cab corner is dented in?

Would anybody know the correct name and where I can get replacement snap clips for the "EGR 783374 OEM Look Fender Flare"? I
figure I will have to contact EGR but I thought I would try here first.

Autozone caries a wide variety of clips so they might have them! Found several there for my truck!

As for the dent…….. depends on how AR you are? Me.. it would already be in the body shop cause that's something i don't mess with. If it's a newer truck I'd get it fixed properly or you're going to be unhappy every time you look at it. I think you're right when it cleaned up it will be very noticeable. The human eye is a wonderful instrument in picking out the tiniest flaw. I figure it's why I pay for insurance because to get it done right will be more expensive then you might think……… Good luck and glad it wasn't a lot worse!!

Comprehensive coverage on your insurance will cover that, depending on how much your deductible is.

^^^^This. It won't cause your liability rates go up.

The dent doesn't look that bad, I mean the paint doesn't look broken, I would first try a good painless dent removal guy and if he says that he doesn't think he can get it to look right I would be at the body shop already. Your truck looks fairly new and in nice shape to leave it that way. Good luck.

Thanks for the responses.

I thought about using my comprehensive but my deductible is $250.
I am guessing it would probably cost $250-$400 to fix it, maybe less.
The paint is not damaged.

I guess I will get an estimate and decide then. It is just so minor and I am sure other minor things are going to happen to it but as mentioned earlier, I will see the dent all the time.

The truck is fairly new.
I bought it in 2012 new. It is XLT RCSB and now only has 13,000 miles on it and a few mods.

Here is a crappy Iphone picture from May of last year.

I'D recommend paintless dent removal if there good you'll never notice it was there.
