Oh so you're going to need my truck for a few days. How many tools , 2x4's, sand bags , pool chemicals and such can I get in that focus? Oh and does it have a hitch so I can pull my 1800 pound trailer???? Oh that's right... That's why I bought this "truck"!!

I figure if Ford's quality is down they should at least offer the utmost customer service to those in for inconvenient warranty work..not leave them screwed for a vehicle. Nothing or a cheapie budget rental? They should be treating us right if our trucks are down for warranty and offer everything they can give. Customer loyalty would be bringing a loaner to your house or work, taking your truck and returning it after its done. Not this "drive to the dealer and be screwed for a ride" crap. We bought a truck for a reason...do they care? No.

I think this is worth a group email to FoMoCo Canada or US.

So everyone quit bitching and be happy you even get anything to drive!
Time to find a new dealer

All the dealers here are the same. All of the ones that aren't an hour away from home are owned by the same guy. Even If I went to the north end ones, they still don't give you loaners and it's just more of an inconvenience to get to-and-from the dealer.

You will get a loaner if they F something up on your truck, had mine in for a r/r door latch not working, tech scratched the inside door handle and put a small dent on the outside panel, brought it back.....mind ya 4 times.... got a fiesta the first time and a 5.0 mustang the second time, man that was fun!!! Except for the fact that the My key was activated. I know that if you book an appointment you can get a rental but that you have to pay for.
