The small gauge all the way on the right. has a picture of a little gear (looks like a star burst kind of) with a temp symbol inside it.

he is talking about the sensor not the gauge on the dash.

On the six speed, it can be found in the transmission sump area.

On the four speed, it is located in the wire harness near the shift solenoids on the main control valve body.
