Removing rear blocks, 2011 Limited
So my dad is looking into removing the rear blocks to level out his Limited to give it a classier look. Is there any consequences with this? Ride quality, etc. I know about payload and sagging suspension but he doesn't haul very much to justify keeping the blocks in.

absolutely. But looking under the truck it's hard to believe that once you take the block out that you could still use the 4x4 U bolts and not have to get 2wd u bolts.

I am going to do this one day 'cuz the rake is excessive with the RAS. Another guy on here told me how easy it is and that he re-used the u bolts without issue. I think it was clpeller.
I saw this truck twice yesterday, lol. Nice ride.

Maybe it wasn't the same truck but it was tinted and leer-ed. The Leer with the hump in the middle.
Sightings: Around 8:20 AM headed east on Dunbow on the bridge over Deerfoot. Around 5:30-6:00 PM headed west on Dunbow presumably to go in to Kimmer or somesuch.
Let me know how the block removal goes if your dad goes ahead with it.
Another option is a 2" drop shackle.. that might be what clpeller described. I can't remember things that clearly these days. Too much work the last four weeks. I just had a short, five day vacation. It is like it never happened.

I have a 2011 rcsb 4x4 and took the rear blocks out and was able to reuse the u-bolts without any issue. Looks way better also I don't know if it is just wishful thinking but my ride seems to be somewhat smoother goin over daily obstacles such as railroad tracks etc. maybe because there is less distance for vibration to travel through since removing blocks? I'm not sure but I don't plan on towing much either which is why I did it. Sweet limited btw !

4x2 limiteds were sold in Canada, but no dealers brought them in. Usually only factory order, like an XTR with a sunroof on a dealer lot. Almost unheard of.
Where do you go for service/warranty?
