Default Remote start stopped

2011 FX4 Scab
remote start as well as lock/unlock feature no longer works. Changed battery in key fob and checked fuses. Anyone have any other tips. I used it every day/all day and miss it. Have aftermarket one installed? Help me out plzzzz

0,5,15 feet.... Nothing. No door,lights or start

key is original Ford key and remote start is factory

If the truck starts and otherwise runs, but your buttons aren't working?and you tested your spare key, whilst it's very odd both have gone at the same time, it would suggest that the system has lost the remote pairing. Have you tried performing the remote button learning procedure yet? (not the same as the adding a new key procedure) It's the one where you have the drivers door open and cycle the ignition power 8 times within 10 seconds.

Door has to be closed for that to work.
