Default Relay wiring question for led light bar

Is there a way to (and how can I) wire my led light bar to come on when I hit the high beams only if the toggle switch is turned on? I'm not real relay savvy so please explain as if I was 5yrs old lol

yes, all my lights are tied into my highbeam, i tied the switch power to the high beam, and main relay power to battery,

ill take a few pics as to how i have mine set up
with this diagram the signal that tells the relay to close the circuit is sent by your low beam wire, (in your case just wire to highbeam) and you have the switch there so that you can turn the lights off and just your high beams, i do this when traffic is busy and i don't want to blind every one when i flick off my highs

So basically, since right now the light is functioning off the switch just fine, there's only one wire I'll need to move (the one that will now be going to the high beams) and it will function just as I am wanting, correct?

Okay I must have done something wrong.... I have 3 blacks at 86, red at 87, red and white at 30,and blue at 85. Tried splicing blue (relay end, it was running back to the switch) to high beam wire.... Got nothing. Help an idiot out??
