Recon problems, tail light out?

I have a problem with half of the drivers side cutting out intermittently. I email Recon about it Monday and they were very helpful. I had narrowed the problem down to being a loose wire in the connector that is essentially an adaptor from the white recon connector to the black factory Ford connector. The Recon rep said he will send me the parts that I need to fix it. We will see if I actually get the parts, but so far Recon has had fast and effective customer service. I had heard some pretty abysmal things about their customer service before.

Nice, I've heard the same, I'm hoping they can send me a new one and ill send back the old one...it's odd, they look good and are bright for a smoked lens...but I just want them to work right, they don't hyper flash or anything but one of these nights my luck it'll go out again and its a DUI waiting to happen
don't drink and drive and you don't have anything to worry about

Sent new light, there currently off and going on eBay..worst Purchase ever...hard to keep clean..fog up..and not visible from side very well..and only bright if looked straight on..off the the side and one looks like its out..raptor tails are in 150$...lesson learned.."stay oem"

Haha isn't that the truth...customer service is almost impossible to reach and they never call u back...top notch brand has sunk to bottom of the barrel in my case...not worth getting pulled over for.."hey your tail lights are they DOT approved and look half out, and btw have you been drinking.." Scenarios kept rolling in my head..keep an eye on eBay a perfect set that doesn't hyper flash..im looking to get 200$ one is brand new and other was on a month
Im hoping Ford comes out with led tails for the 14's, but I won't hold my breath! I surely won't buy the Recons or Anzo's as both are way to hit n miss for what they cost!
