Recirculating HVAC
Mine turns to fresh air after a mins. and is off by default. Is there a way to lock it into Recirc?

Its also with the heater.
I drive by a trash processing place every day, so I sometimes forget.

I always understood the only time the compressor kicks in with the heater on was only in defrost mode. I'm sure that is old school technology.
