Rearview camera to ipad

I am thinking of doing a ipad dash installation but would like my rear view camera to be played on the screen if I do does anyone know of. Way or if it is even possible?

I would like to do this on my iPhone storage cubby location mod. Except with a front view camera. That'd be pretty cool. I get there's something over Bluetooth we could use

Only way I've heard of is to use a converter to make the camera like an ip/Internet cam and view it online on your iPad. Not the best solution I know but after research it's all I have seen.
