Default Rear view camera zoom does not work

The rear view camera on my 2011 FX4 Supercrew will not zoom any more .Any one know what the likely problem is? The camera was replaced last year and functioned fine until recently.

If you have the NAV screen the zoom is in the top right corner of the screen when the camera is active. If the image is in the rearview mirror the zoom option is in the center screen between the speedo and tach (use the d-pad on the steering wheel to access it).

EDIT- The zoom icon is on the top left corner with the NAV screen.

Ditto, never really use it but it does zoom in like 4x.

Who cares? Why do you need a zoom for a back up camera?

To line up the hitch easier, it's an offered feature and it should work. To answer your "who cares" I'm more then positive the op cares which is why he asked the question.

Ok, sorry it sounded harsh but this is really a first world problem. I have a back up camera and do not need a zoom to back to the hitch.

You're right, it is an option that worked when bought but I guess I don't see a need and it's not like the tranny is acting up. It is a small glitch. It's the price you pay to have all these electronics in these TRUCKS!

To be honest. Ever since I started using the zoom I have a harder time lining up my trailer lol
And to be fair it is a truck with a lot of electronics but they should work if its a stock feature. My fx4 has all the bells and whistles and is very much a street queen. It's not like these trucks are priced low either. Anyways sorry for busting your *****
