Default Rear sliding window

I have a 2014 f150 XLT that I recently replaced the entire rear window. Once installed I made sure everything worked then I realized my sliding glass doesnít open all the way, it opens smoothly 1/4 of the way then stops thereís no noise or jumping like itís stuck or rubbing on something.

How do I fix it so it opens all the way?

Was just looking at the install instructions and it mentions requiring an assistant to hold the glass/track a certain way while the window is positioned during install. Did you have any help?

Here's the procedure from the Ford shop manual, sounds like you may not have installed it properly.
