Ok, so this morning my left turn signal started hyper flashing. I remember back in the day this might mean I have a bulb out. I checked my turn signal and both were working (I thought)
Went to the auto store, they told me a bulb is ready to go out. Replaced all bulbs, front & rear both sides.
Checked and the bulb I changed would not get 100% bright, not flash. The upper bulb would flash. When I hit the lock button, on the key fob, the light would blink, but when I hit the button to unlock on the key fob it would not blink.
Seems like it only gets bright on certain functions? I am at a loss.
These are regular bulbs - not LED.
Anybody gave an idea?

I had the same problem with my 11. You have to go to ford and have them reprogram the BCM.

Only fix that I know of. I replaced all the bulbs etc and nothing helped.

 

Really? What did that cost?

 

An hour at their shop rate.

By the way what is BCM.

 

Body control module. When mine went bad the left rear blinker wouldn't blink. I got the fast turn signal and it would only flash when I locked it.

Very annoying.
