Rear ended today ... F me

At 15 MPH, I'd say it's very unlikely that any frame damage has occurred. These trucks are built to withstand minor collisions and damage. The hitch/bumper mounts will bend and break before any frame damage occurs. I would bet money that the frame is just fine.
If it is frame damage, it can usually be fixed pretty easily. There are a ton of shops around here rebuilding salvaged vehicles and straightening a frame is a common thing.

I was rear ended by a girl in a honda prelude. When I got out of my truck to look at the damage, the first thing I saw was the front end of her car. It was destroyed. My stomach clenched up when I thought of what the back end of my truck looked like. When I got around to the back side of my truck, I saw this.
I was like... Yeah, I'm good.

My wife got rear ended a few years ago, and the insurance adjuster told us to replace it at their cost. We would have had no idea. She told us that if the vehicle was in another accident later on, and our child was injured, the other insurance company could blame the car seat, saying it had pre-existing damage. It may seem far fetched, but you don't mess around when it comes to your kids.

He hit me so hard--and off center just enough--that headlight flew out of the car, and landed in front of the car ahead of me!
Anyway, damage to bumper (and sensors & plastic), tailgate, hitch, and where the bumper wraps around the rear qtrs it scraped some paint off. As for the front, just the plastic trim piece.
I agree with jjfertig--check the sheet metal & paint job CAREFULLY. I made the mistake of picking mine up from the body shop on a cloudy, miserable day and didn't notice the "not-so-good" job on the tailgate. When I wash, wax and polish the truck, I always find that spot. I also think Tuxedo Black--although a beautiful color--may be a difficult color to work with.
As for the frame, surprisingly no issues. And that was a hard hit! Just look at the pics of his car. I drove away--he didn't...
