my dad has a 10 crew 4x4 king ranch 20" wheels. Limited slip RE. everytime he backs up esp. with the wheel turned there is a vibration. I have done it and there is definitely something going on back there. dealer says they cannot find anything. they have had it 2-3 times the last month.

kicker is that his 36k 36 month warranty was up yesterday. dealer said they will leave ticket open for 30 days if something comes up.

I think it is the LS rear end. only does it when taking off and it is really bad when you turn the wheels.

any input appreciated.

Rear end clutch packs! I had the same issue with my 2010 and had it repaired under warrenty! Apparently so many of these trucks had this issue that it took 6 weeks to get the parts cause they were backordered...

thanks... i think they already did that a few k miles ago. my guess is either they didnt put new ones in or dont want to do it again.
