Default Rear bumper sensor question??

Ok, so for you folks with rear sensors...how many pieces, not including wiring or ajything like that, are required for your rear sensors? I bought an fx4 bunper for my xlt..I don't care about functional sensors but I want to fill the gaping hole that they come in. Before I look could one of you all tell me what/how many pieces I need. Again, do t need them to work just to sit in place for looks. Thanks guys!

Meaning more, is there a rubber gromet etc that holds the sensor in or if I go on eBay and grab a replacement sensor does it snap right in
