I was getting in my truck when I noticed some kind person had scratched my rear bumper. It's on the color matched cap on the drivers side. The paint shop said I could save a hundred bucks if I took it off myself. Then they said it may be riveted on but they weren't sure. Does anyone know if that's true or if it just snaps or bolts on? I will upload a pic later. My guess is it was a kid on a bike.

the bumper caps are held on by 3 bolts. the plastic cover on top clips into the bumper cap and on the bottom it does have a plastic rivet holding it on.
