Default Blend door diagnosis

I have what I think is a bad passenger side hvac blend door actuator and was hoping to get some confirmation on the diagnosis. The truck is a 2010 with dual zone climate control, symptoms...

- drivers side heat, ac, temp control all work fine.
- passenger side and rear seat hvac temperature adjustment doesn't work. Adjusting driver or passenger temperature from ac up through max heat does nothing at all. There is no clicking noise or otherwise that would indicate the actuator is functioning at all.
- all vent switching (floor vs vent vs defrost etc.) works fine however.
- fuse 15 is fine, and I can see behind the glove box that the passenger actuator is plugged in.

So I'm thinking its the passenger side actuator, but I'm not sure how to rule out the passenger side temp control as well.

Thoughts?
Thx!

Disconnect the battery negative (-) cable, leave it disconnected for no less than 15 mins.

When you reconnect it and start the truck, the climate control system will go into a calibration cycle and might just reset the actuator back the way it was. Other than that you would have to find someone with IDS that can diag the problem, throwing parts at it is a huge wallet vacuum.
