There's a cheaper version too. Slums it with used parts versus brand new.

I bought one when they first came out. And yes, it would easily pull out of the "socket" in the arm rest.
I ended up wrapping some duct tape around the insert and that tightened it up. Hasn't pulled out since.
Great idea, good quality material, marginal execution.
