Just a guess....

Or its toast & rod bearing failure...

It's rattling in the center of the truck at front of the engine

If it does it mostly when you first start it up and goes away when the truck warms up. It’s most likely the timing chain and gear. My 2013 did it when I first bought it. Used of course 4 years ago. Luckily I had bought an extended warranty and it covered it. Unfortunately if you don’t have a warranty. It’s expensive. Sorry

hold ur accelerator to the floor, start truck as usual, the engine will turn over but not start. After 5 seconds just lift off pedal and truck will start as usual.
this a noise eliminator for timing chain issues and some F150 are dry on top. Oil drains back to the pan.

let us know how that flood start Worked you should also flood start right after oil change!!
