2012 Screw Ecoboost.
Rattles from the left front under light acceleration.
Only rattles when moving. Does not rattle if I rev it up in park.

I have no clue what it might be.
I changed out the entire IWE system and no fix.
Replaced the exhaust from the cat back. No fix.

Beyond frustrated.

EDIT>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>FIXED

For others that search in the future......

I have a 2012 Screw Ecoboost.

Had the grinding when I turned issue and changed out the hubs/actuators/and solenoid.
The actuators were completely full of water but appeared to be new with no damage.

After changing all of these I started getting a rattle almost like a heat shield that would stop as soon as I let off the gas and resume as soon as I hit the gas again.
It would not happen sitting still. Only in motion.

So I bought a new vacuum line for the IWE and this fixed it.

I probably could solved my entire problem by draining the water and replacing the vacuum line.
But I figured if I had to go that far, might as well make the entire system new.

the door is actually a lot of times the plastic guard that's glued to the door. Ever since I ripped that **** off and installed Noico sound deadening material, I've heard no rattles.

I also tracked down a roof rattle to the dome light...took it out, installed some noico behind it, reinstalled....golden.

I recently took the water shiled off, installed noico on the outer panel and both sides of the inner panel, some on the actual door panel along with ccf behind it.

I think I added like 25lbs to the door lol.........the panel barely fits on due to the CCF.............the mother ****** still has a rattle by the door lock rod coming out of the top of the door panel whatever the hell is called.:ce nsored::ce nsored:

got some there...........I am somewhat concerned on what the extra weight will do to the door hinges over time. That sob is heavy now.

I noticed on my truck I had a rattle coming from where the climate control and flow through console meet. I simply put my fingers in there to separate the plastic and the noise would go away. Drove me crazy and on one short ride I stuck a thick piece of folded paper in there to stop the noise. Well the paper was only there for that one ride and I took it out after, but the noise went away. Must have just pushed them apart enough so they didn't rattle against each other. Next step was to put a piece of foam in there.

My driver's seat squeaks/rattles. 2012 EB SCAB. Did it once before (2-3 years ago). I took all the bolts loose and retightened them. They were not loose, so I knew that wouldn't help. But, I wanted to look under the seat and see if anything else was loose. Didn't find anything. I started raising the seat and moving it forward slightly when I would get in and it solved it. After a while, I stopped moving the seat and the squeak was gone.
Started again about a month ago. Moving the seat doesn't stop it now.
I'll have to try the lithium spray on the rails.
